NetGlow Software offers exciting opportunities for a qualified professional with handson experience in the design and implementation of network, systems and/or services management technologies from Computer Associates. Our Enterprise Services Management (ESM) practice provides implementation solutions for Computer Associates client base to improve their IT operations and management capabilities. NetGlow continues to serve number of clients in financial services, state and local, retail, manufacturing and travel industries.

Designation
Consultant
We are looking for Consultant who has worked with CA products & possess 1-2 years experience in CA's ESM / BSO/ Security product implementation, support and/or administration with strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The job involves frequent onsite travel to serve our global customers.

Technical Skills
  • Product expertise with one or more CA products deployed e.g. NSM R11, ASM, DSM, Service Desk, eHealth, Spectrum, Service Desk Service Plus, CMDB, Web Response
  • Good Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Windows, Unix platforms
  • Experience with some third party products like MS MOM
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Operations support/customer support experience
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills along with good communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight
Educational Qualification
Any

Certifications Desired
CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, CA Certification

Job Responsibilities
  • Exception review - Classify unknown events, periodically review warning reports
  • Basic configuration, customization of CA product sets to meet new and changing requirements from business users, operations and platform owners
  • Receives calls from operations, platform owners
  • Monitor alerts, events and logs from different CA tools to identify issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
  • Perform sustenance maintenance tasks testing of maintenance patches, minor updates, test plan creation
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Perform configuration backup management
  • Collect capacity planning data, Liaison with CA Technical support for issue follow through and escalation
  • Monitor, prioritize, open ticket queue
  • Escalate issues to Senior EM Analyst and follow through
